Trainers are graded on a point scale according to the following criteria;
- Educational Qualification,
- Teaching Experience,
- English Level,
- Client Feedback,
- Time with The Study Room,
- eLearning Experience and Certification
Rates are calculated according to these criteria. For example (Junior Rates), for a Trainer who holds 1-15 Points, the rate per hour of tutoring is 100 Dhs and the rate per hour of skills development is 125 Dhs. For a Trainer who holds more than 30 points, the rate per hour of tutoring is 200 Dhs and the rate per hour of skills development is 225 Dhs.
Junior Rates
Juniors are students who are in Kindergarten to Grade 5 or Year 6. If the student is Home Schooled, Juniors include children aged 10.
